Measuring depth of laser marker imprinting on a resin mold
The LT-9000 series double-scan laser sensor is used to measure the depth of laser marker imprinting, such as a lot number on an IC resin mold. Measurement with a resolution of 0.01 μm is possible with a view of an 85 magnified image on a monitor screen.

Measuring printing dimensions of paste solder
The LT-9000 series double-scan laser sensor is used to measure the height and dimensions of paste solder on a board. Measurement at a maximum resolution of 0.01 μm is possible. Using the world's first high-accuracy double scanning system, measurement is possible on a wet surface and a mirror-finished or a round surface. By moving a lens in the sensor, the paste of the solder paste can be measured accurately.

Measuring dimensions of a specimen
Accurate tracing of a surface shape is possible with a 2 μm ultra-miniature spot diameter.

Measuring surface dimensions of a resin mold product
The LT-9000 series double-scan laser sensor is used to measure surface dimensions and surface roughness of a resin mold product used in an electronic component. Measurement at a resolution of 0.01 μm is possible. The LT-9000 series allows measurement with a 85x magnified image on a monitor screen, which allows positioning a measurement target accurately.
